Vanprop is a privately-owned company who purchased the Lansdowne Centre site at 5300 No. 3 Road, Richmond, in 1984 from the Woodward family.

For four decades, Vanprop has remained dedicated to delivering a quality shopping and dining experience to the Richmond community. Now, the company is bringing to life plans to renew the property through a visionary master plan redevelopment that will span the next 10 to 20 years. The experience will add to the community with the introduction of new opportunities to live, work, and engage with the property. Throughout this next phase, Vanprop’s existing and new customers and community will remain a top priority.

Our Commitment to the Community

Lansdowne has long served as an important hub for the City of Richmond, melding culture, connection, and engagement. Its position at the heart of the community provides immense opportunity to create greater meaning for this zone as a continued destination, with community building remaining a core of Lansdowne.

“Community is about togetherness – accepting diversity and celebrate inclusiveness. VanProp is instrumental in supporting the Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD) joining the Lansdowne family; they have shown great initiative to bring the community together. This is true commitment to the community.”
Ella Huang, Executive Director, RCD (April 9, 2019)
